General Terms and Conditions of GROUNDED.

1. General, Scope

All offers listed on the website (hereinafter simply "Coaching") are carried out in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions (GTC). By placing an order, the client accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Registration and Conclusion of Contract

Registrations can be made in person, by phone, in writing by e-mail or via the booking tool.

The contract for coaching services is concluded by verbal agreement of an appointment, by booking an appointment via the booking tool or by written registration via e-mail/Whatsapp.

Registrations are binding in any case.

3. Cancellation of Appointments

Coaching appointments: Agreed appointments are generally binding and must be kept punctually. This also applies to the free initial consultation.

Coaching, Hypnotherapy and PSYCH-K appointments can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance by phone or in writing by e-mail or Whatsapp. Coaching appointments canceled at a later time or not canceled will be charged in full.

GROUNDED. Programme sessions can be canceled free of charge 48 hours in advance by phone or in writing by e-mail or Whatsapp. GROUNDED. session appointments canceled at a later time or not canceled will be charged in full.

Simran Salzgeber is entitled to cancel the agreed appointments in case of force majeure. This also includes impediments to performance that have arisen due to illness, accident or similar. In these cases, you can rebook to another appointment or get paid fees refunded in full. Further claims cannot be asserted.

4. Prices and Terms of Payment

You will receive an invoice or Twint request, according to the agreed arrangement. The amount is due for payment within 10 (ten) days of the invoice date or Twint request.

5. Liability

Participation in the coaching sessions is voluntary. The client bears full responsibility for him/herself and his/her actions inside and outside the coaching sessions. The client indemnifies Simran Salzgeber from all liability claims. The coaching sessions do not replace a visit to the doctor.

6. Copyright

All documents handed over to the client are included in the remuneration, unless otherwise agreed. The documents are protected by copyright and are intended for his/her personal use. The copyright notices must be strictly observed. The documents may not be reproduced for distribution to third parties.

7. Confidentiality

Simran Salzgeber undertakes to maintain secrecy towards third parties about all private and professional matters of the client that become known in the course of her coaching activity, even after termination of the contract. Furthermore, Simran Salzgeber undertakes to keep the documents provided for the purpose of the coaching activity carefully and to protect them from access by third parties.

8. Final Clause

Should individual provisions of the contract with the client, including these GTC, be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
