This intensive programm supports you in achieving your personal and professional goals and in leading a more balanced life. In four modules (4 sessions of 4 hours each) , we will create the foundation for more success, satisfaction, and inner peace.

The GROUNDED. Journey at a glance

Module 1:

Charting your course

In this module, we lay the foundation for your personal "GROUNDED. Journey". You will learn to connect with yourself and better perceive your inner voice. Together, we will find out what you truly want to change and what goal drives you deep down.

What can you expect?

Deep self-reflection

You will learn to treat yourself mindfully and perceive your inner needs.

Goal setting

Together, we identify your true issue and goal - what is your personal "Grounded. Journey" really about?

The 6 Groundedness elements

We will work out the 6 most important aspects that positively influence your issue and goal. These "signposts" provide you with orientation and help you achieve your goal.

Creating a new awareness

You will gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your motivations. This new awareness will already have a positive effect on your everyday life.

Module 2:

Exploring resistance and recognising inner dynamics

In Module 2, we turn our attention to the "anti-groundedness" factors - the inner resistances that are holding you back from your goal. We will analyse these blockages in detail and explore how you currently relate to them. Subsequently, we integrate all 12 elements of your Grounded. Journey to gain a complete picture of your inner dynamics. This understanding is the key to sustainable change.

Deeper understanding of your blockages

You will recognise the 6 "anti-groundedness" factors that have been holding you back and understand their causes and effects.

Clarity about your inner patterns

You will gain a clear picture of how your inner processes influence your behaviour and which patterns are preventing you from achieving your goals.

Module 3:

Understanding the past and shaping perspectives

In this module, we embark on a journey into your past. You will learn to understand the influences and hurts of your childhood and to recognise their impact on your life today. We release old blockages and replace inhibiting beliefs with new, empowering ones. This creates the foundation for more lightness and authentic happiness.

The Power of the Subconscious
(Depth Psychology, Neuroscience)

Early childhood influences

Neuroscientific findings show that our brain is particularly malleable in the first years of life. Experiences and influences from our environment (family, society, culture) shape our neural structures and form our unconscious patterns, which influence our later thinking and actions.

Autopilot in everyday life

A large part of our daily lives is controlled by unconscious processes. Our subconscious influences our thoughts, emotions, decisions and behaviours - often without us consciously noticing it.

Individual "programming"

Every person has unique experiences that shape their perception of the world and their behaviour. These individual experiences lead to unique "programming" - a personal lens through which we perceive and interpret the world. Depth psychology deals with the unconscious processes that control our experience and behaviour.

Limits of cognitive control

Achieving change solely through willpower and conscious thinking is often difficult. Deeply rooted beliefs and emotional patterns in the subconscious can block us and make change difficult.

Systemic Psychology

The individual within the system

We are all part of various social systems (family, partnership, circle of friends, profession). These systems influence each other. When we change, the system around us also changes. Systemic psychology considers the individual in the context of their relationships and interactions with their environment.

Values Orientation

Values instead of goals

In values-oriented coaching, it is assumed that people do not primarily want to achieve goals, but rather fulfill values or avoid violating values. From this perspective, goals are only a function of values. Therefore, the process is oriented towards a value identified by the client. This forms the first part of the programme.

Transformation of beliefs

In order to change behaviour patterns sustainably, we need to uncover and transform the underlying beliefs. Cognitive behavioural therapy offers methods to identify and change dysfunctional thought patterns and beliefs. This is a premise of the values-oriented and systemic coaching I work with.

GROUNDED. offers a framework for personal growth, no matter where you are in your life right now. If you want to develop personally and gain new perspectives, GROUNDED. could be right for you. Whether you are going through a life crisis, facing important decisions, suffering from stress, fear of burnout, or are dissatisfied with your job, your family, or your relationships - GROUNDED. supports you in finding your inner strength and shaping your life according to your own ideas.

GROUNDED. is an intensive personal development programme and not a substitute for psychotherapy. It is not suitable for people who are currently in an acute mental crisis or suffering from a serious mental illness (e.g., depression, psychosis, addiction). If you are already in psychotherapy, please talk to your therapist about whether participating in GROUNDED. would be useful and supportive for you. A joint preliminary meeting is a prerequisite for participation in any case.

Yes. GROUNDED. is a transformative process that requires your full presence. To be able to optimally support you, it is essential for me to be able to perceive non-verbal signals. In addition, we use the space to externalise the inner process with various materials.

The longer sessions allow for a deeper immersion in the topics and more intensive work. In addition, the length of the session promotes focus and creates momentum, which you will also feel between sessions. Ultimately, you save time, as the programme can be completed within about 10 weeks and you don't have to keep adjusting to new coaching appointments over months.

The sessions are intensive, but we design them so that there are enough breaks and space for relaxation. My experience shows that most coachees find the intensive work very effective and enriching.

Sure, I understand that it can be difficult to take four hours off at once in everyday life. Just think of participating in GROUNDED. as two invested vacation days - two days that you dedicate entirely to yourself. Four intensive half-days that will give you more inner peace, satisfaction, and a life in harmony with yourself in the long run.
